“ We're all about the food and we don't care where we find it. A lot of our favourite food memories have been found in cheap or unsuspecting places. At risk of sounding arrogant, you can't pull the wool over our eyes with reviews or expectations or reputation. We have no pretense whatsoever around food but we do know about balance and a lot of our favourite food is made at home. Unfortunately we have found ourselves disappointed by so many of the 'high-end' restaurants we've tried in the last few years. I know it's bad but I hate the google review culture and normally can't be bothered to leave a review but everything we ate tonight was truly special. Quality produce has been easy to find in Sardinia so far which is great but sometimes the combinations don't quite work for us. Nowhere else have we found such well balanced flavours and textures. Wow. This is up there with some of the best food we have eaten anywhere in the world. The seafood fregola is out of this world. ”
“ After going to their sister restaurant a few nights before we decided to try the more upscale restaurant next door. It didn’t disappoint! Food was great. Drinks were well made using herbs from the garden (basil infused gin etc) and staff was very friendly. Same mellow vibe as Farra - but more than just pizza. I’d definitely recommend it!! ”

The fresh local ingredients, the attention to detail, the incredible warm hospitality, the beautiful luxury design and the good prices make Aquarium a total gem. These days, it’s rare to find restaurants like these anymore. And it was truly the best pizza I have ever had (and I’ve been ALL OVER Italy)! I had the Sarpo Di Sardegna with Sardegnan pork and it was tender, juicy and absolutely delicious! I’ll certainly be back often! ”
